My iceworld, I tried to keep to the core feel of the original iceworld, but add a few things.
The most noticeable changes would be visual enhancements of course.
Other changes included, are the CS2 additions.
A team select room, a halftime screen, an endgame screen, match start.
I tried to make it more icy so you really feel trapped in an Ice World. In the middle of a glacier fighting for eternity.

Gameplay
I tried to stay true again to iceworld. Originally 1.6 iceworld you could spam the walls.
So on this iceworld you can spam the walls, but not to spawn. Spawn wall is protection.
Anywhere the paint is slightly scuffed you can spam the walls (paper thin).
The Ice shards that protect you when you goto peek the side lanes are spammable too.
The halfway point iceshard is slightly thicker, so less damage, but still possible to spam.
2 opposite sides of the map (diagonally) have one feature.
A spike/icicle that when you shoot at it. It will fall and kill the enemy it hits.

Anyway hope you like the level and enjoy playing it.

How do you host this map on a dedicated server? Which game_mode and game_type? Are there specific cvars to set?

there are many ways easiest is to use the host workshop map command
host_workshop_map 3077035697

If you want a bunch of maps on your server, goto each maps workshop page and add them to a collection. Then use the workshop collection
host_workshop_collection ########
(#=collection id at end of URL)

This url will help you too -
