Needs work on all your mods in general
1. Don't make your disaster solutions RNG based. This is dumb and leads to players sinking tons of resources into something for nothing. None of the rest of Stellaris does this except Caravan Coins and it makes fun of itself for doing it!

2. Scale the ship engine speeds up, it ruins the balance of the game. It should take vessels with level 3 hyperdrives and 4 impulse engines over 150 days to transit 1 system. Just because you kept ship scale intact does not mean you kept balance intact, if the ships take forever to transit systems that is a huge balance issue.

3. Some of your system scales do not allow for building of gates or hyper relays because the system gravity well is larger than the build area. IDK how to fix this but it is really bad when your home system cannot receive these 2 items early mid and late game.

4. Stop putting everything in the already overloaded decisions tab. Identify which things need to be put in a situation log, like disasters should definitely be there instead of a decision tab, and put it there.
