Apples and oranges here. Festives look like something maybe the mercs would use and it shows by the amount of people who own festive items. This hat just looks like you took a model for a hat and crammed more Christmas garbage on it, it feels like it’s gotten to the point of ridiculousness that you’re attempting to get a rise out of those who like to make a big fuss out of hats. If it’s not then I’m sorry but I don’t see how workshop creators who have previously made items for the game could be so blind as to what the players will actually wear or want in the game.

And this is the Workshop buddy, Which means that you have the *possibility* of added to the game, and absolutely no ones is going to use it or buy it, it's the reality.

It's not bait, I can confirm from my experience that somehow the people who come up with and create these hats do somehow find them visibly pleasing when placed into the game. I think they've shown themselves as believers of the idea that things like this fit seamlessly into the game's style and tone. I don't think they're in the wrong because of that, but I will ridicule them and invite others to ridicule them because of it
