nah, there are and they prob do something bc it has counter when u collect and there are 10 of em i currently know only 9 the last one is hard to find

There's a box with a lock you can break and fall down in the "Smile Room" in the basement but I haven't found anything down there. There's also a creepy statue made of concrete and metal bar in a room on the second floor but something I did, not sure what, made it disappear?

alr well there is something down in the chamber underneath the smile room- if you go into the darker section that's kinda more tunnel-like, there's an area that splits off and you find some sort of cthulu totem after going to the area with signs about radiation and crawling in some tunnels and swimming a bit

I have spent like half an hour trying to find the 10th gnome im convinced they only have 9 and are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with us im tired goodnight

Btw, When you find all 10. make sure you have a gun.

there is cave under asylum, if u go inside you'll soon will came to littile statuette of Ctulchu, and after u press "e", u will be teleported against painting of Ctulchu

ok heres the gnome counts.

2 in the Basement
4 on the 1st Floor.
3 on the 2nd floor.
1 on the 3rd floor.
