Portable Cat Shop
Inspired by Shop Whistle from the Fiend Folio mod!
Spawns a Cat Shop Chest which functions similar to the original Shop Chest,but it sells only Cat items!

Replaces tears with a thrown, extremely high damage, brick-like projectile. If the brick hits an enemy that would die in one hit, it will pierce the enemy. If the brick hits an enemy that will not die in one hit, it will bounce off, stunning the enemy in the process.

You cannot fire normally after picking up the brick, as if you were blindfolded. Once thrown, the brick will need to be picked up. Once the brick is picked up, it can be thrown again. If the brick is lost (i.e. accidentally thrown into a pit or onto a ledge that you cannot get to) you will be softlocked.

Grants a unique positive effect for each other Cat Item the player has in his inventory!

Examples!
Cat's Feast:Picking up Cat Food items will grant 2 random stat buffs,which can either buff damage,range,fire rate,and shot speed!
Cat's Missiles:Airstrike Missiles' explosions will no longer hurt the player!
Cat's Blitz:Extra Bombs will be placed with first placed bomb simultaneously! Similar to Ring Cap
Cat Burglar:Spawns 50% more goodies after removing an amount of coins on pickup!
Cat's Sawblade:The meat burst now deals damage to nearby enemies!

A One-use active that teleports the player to the Cat's dev room,where it contains all the Cursed Cat Items in the mod!

Teleports Bael to an I AM ERROR room upon pickup, has a chance to replace regular pickups (keys, hearts, bombs, coins) with glitch versions that randomly teleport Bael as if eating a telepill and gives 0-3 of the chosen pickup

PLEASE. Let There Be An Option To Make Cat Items Just Appear With A Chance According To The Pool, Cuz If You Play With A Lot Of Mods You Won't See ANY Cat Items..

Cat's Medication
"Not taken orally"

It gives a purple forget-me pill like item and it's passive.
Pills good stats are 3 times as potent, but they decrease overtime at half of what should a pill give you. Negative pills are just twice as potent.

It has a 1% chance to act as a plan c pill, insta killing you. (And if you are a youtuber, it activates at a boss when it has low hp with a 99% chance of plan c)
