good idea. the ability to speed up would be nice but have two different ways. first one:velocity speed. this will make him speed up an object to where the velocity and speed is increased. second one:rotten speed. speeds up a entity to where it rots, dissolves, and melts to a skeleton. for slowing down it could act like rewind clock but togglable and dosent dissapear exept manual un clocking. and it could have a force field that slows down items.and loop could be also like rewind clock but when you activate is, it records, activate it again, and it starts looping. also stopping time could work like the dampening box where it quickly slows and stops. this could be with both one item or all surrounding creatures. rewinding could have a charge effect where when it starts rewinding it releses a yellow version of the emp and then rewinds, all the abilitys i talked about could also have this effect.

ps. when i mean the cooldown i mean the abilitys that effect all time

there could be a seperate charcter that is a magnet man whitch has magnet powers and can shoot metal pieces that fuse with objects and allows him to magnetize people. this could be clock mans one weakness as it weakens him severely. the magnet man can have full control over metal items. he could also have metal touch that fuses objects with metal.there could also be a pocket watch and a magnet that works like the two charecters exept weaker.

Time Bullets: Shoots 4 yellow glowing projectiles that when they hit a limb of a entity they will speed up the rotting so that limb will become bones or could even turn to dust they could also be homing so they follow the target but they only effect the limb they hit so if it hits a arm that arm will start to decay and turn into a skeleton arm

fine idea but dosent fell destructive enough. it could also effect his other time abilitys

he could use it by pressing f on one of his upper arms not the hand the upper arm

the ability to rewind the map by using his rewind ability touching the ground then clicking his hand and by doing that it rewinds everything in the map exept him

the ability to give the time powers to other characters through a syringe

we could use some skins too for example: green, blue, red etc instead of having a yellow person all the time
