seems to have a Western Sahara CDLC dependency that isn't listed

also this parachute config error

The parachutes are a BV Core issue, forgot those were in there honestly, thanks- I'll get on it, might just cut them for the time being as they're unused.
Fixed the unlisted WS dependency for now; still figuring out how I want to navigate CDLC content going forward, be it soft-dependencies or whatever I end up doing
