These people make TARDISes for you and everyone to play with for FREE. So what if Uriel restarted development? Maybe they weren't happy with how the addon turned out in the end? It's so that we have the best quality 2023 TARDIS to play with. Also, they're human too; they have a life, a family, and maybe a job. So stop trying to rush them, because I can only imagine it demotivates them.

And it also annoys people when you're not honest? So why start something if you know you can't finish it soon? So your point is invalid. They should have announced the release after they knew they were happy with the finished product.
