Uriel doesn't owe you anything. He is working on his free time and maybe when he began working on it he estimated that it will be done for christmas but things have changed. If you are not happy, go and do it yourself and we will see if you can finish it before 2025.

Well no, common decency is even working on this in the first place. They could do literally anything else but chose to make this and post it here for all of us to use.

while yes the dev should not get annoyance and whining in the comments, it was also not a smart decision to upload it to the workshop when it doesn't work and not even putting "doesn't work" in the title or thumbnail.
