Other than that potential issue, I'm not finding any problems with the mod set provided. I've checked for duplicated materials, plants, and creatures as well as a few other possible errors.
@Phoenixblood, I cannot make an official compatibility patch for Forthammer at the moment. The discussion before your post is about a potential game-breaking compatibility issue between AA and Forthammer that I've been looking into for the past week. An official compatibility patch between AA and Forthammer would also require quite a few changes to the entities. A quick read of the Orcs file shows that they have BABYSNATCHER and at least a couple of other incompatibilities with AA that would have to be addressed by an official patch. I don't currently have the time to make such a patch, but others are welcome to do so.
