Why on csgo lounge?
I saw this on CS:GOlounge and was wondering why it was there. Is one of the creators affiliated with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?

That's called advertising. You pay the owners of the site and they put your ad on it.

Now we have to hope, that no-one starts paying for ads like crazy after hearing this and make the site look like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ christmas tree :D

I think its sort of a survey or hidden poll? You can only see it if you have adverts dissabled. Maybee this is there way of finding out who has addblock on.

i dont like the idea of making ''popular'' websites into an adds place. well i still use csgo to loose skin and watch the stupidy over 12yo ♥♥♥♥.

its not an ad, the image is part of the coding on the webside. so i dont think we will see ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ turn in to somthing like this http://www.lingscars.com/

That's because it's actually part of the web page, it isn't a normal ad

By default adblock is told to block unobtrusive advertising.

Websites have specific places for ads to appear, it wont cover the site with more or less ads according to how much people are advertising.
