Maybe next weekend there will be a new event chain.
Btw there are 2 or 3 about sieging as I remember, that are lack of them. So maybe add smth about phase of siege or smth in this direction. I really miss CK2 events about war.
You could have an event about the supply situation of your army, where you speak with your war council and determine whether you will allow your men to pillage or mandate that they pay locals for the supplies; Looting gives you money and dread, but it costs piety and reduces general & popular opinion by like -5, maybe you could integrate effects on the province your army is in (is that feasible?) while purchasing costs money but gives you piety & +5 general & popular opinion (plus provincial effects)
You could have an event concerning the truce of god and whether or not to honour it; honouring it would reduce your advantage for a short period but give you piety, popular opinion, and opinion from ecclesiatical characters, while violating it would increase your advantage for a short period but cost you in all 3
You could have events concerning wartime justice; maybe you recieve complaints from local villagers that your soldiers (or one of your knights?) have been robbing & r*ping and you're prompted to either impose justice or just ignore it
You could have events about war refugees sort of like the vanilla saqabila ones
You could have an event where you get dung thrown at you by a young peasant whose parents were killed and village was looted by your men; he/she is promptly captured and you decide what to do with them (you could decide to adopt them, pay them blood money, ignore them, or punish them)
Essentially, events where there is a contest between the chivalric ideal and material benefit, where you can define who your character is and what (s)he's about.
yeah sounds good I will try to do that
