Room 103 Spoiler - full steps :
step 1: Look for 2 tv screens showing the 2 different combinations of fire & water.
step 2: Using the 2 buttons, Set the correct combination of fire and water on the 5 chairs on the wall.
step 3: Repeat this to obtain the second combination. That will unlock both grates.
step 4: Make sure you have now a laser beam on the middle chair!
step 5: Open the grates, go down. Find the secret passage below the chairs sculpture.
step 6: go up with the lift, use the 2 buttons to unlock the exit gate.
step 5: Remove the laser beam from your way using the upper grate and enter the passage.
step 6: Go to the corner and click on the chair.
step 7: Go on to the secret lift further and go back above. Done!
