Memory leak?
When I have this mutator active the game slowly leaks memory. A couple of hours into a match my ram usage has gone from 4gb to 15+, any way of fixing this?

try turning maximum bodies allowed down

I've tried that, and everything I can think of possibly fixing it really.
No matter what, when I turn the mutator off, the game runs at consistent ram usage for hours. When I turn it on, the game starts slowly eating up more and more. Every time.
