Mod Size

How big is this thing? After subbing to the mod I have to download a 20gig file to MCC. Is that the actual size of the game?

Steam Workshop for some reason gives a false size for Halo mods. For Mythic Firefight it says about 850mb while in reality it downloads additional 10gigs of content. But 20gigs it's kinda sus. The mod files on nexus page which host them are 6,1gigs in total.
