could you maybe fix but keeping with the general them
You guys probably wont like this, but it think its a good way for engie to be different while still holding to the class of support.

-10 % reload speed

this is the part you may not like: it comes with one buff meter (maybe it could be changed like medic's beam resistance with "R"

"Wild Bill" (mini crits meter), "Sherrif's Law" (defense buff), or "Texan Stampede" (speed boost)

1. Banner damage has to be achieved for ALL 600 damage for each bannner.

2. Sentry damage does not count has to be engie himself to rack up the points.

3. Works like buff banner 3 second start up, 10 second duration

4. no regen on like the conch (unless speed boost is active and you achieve damage)


can not be crit boosted and no random crits
