I'm trying to build a functional helicopter using a swashplate mechanism for cyclic and collective pitch control. While Fin2 provides enough torque to rotate the helicopter smoothly, Fin3 seems too weak—it can't generate sufficient pitch/yaw authority, even though collective lift is enough for takeoff. Has anyone encountered this issue? Are there alternative rotor designs or ways to increase control torque without overloading the system? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
