-Lost and Damned [v1.0](Most of the chapters starts off with Ellis telling his stories)
-Downtown Dine(Most safehouses have a custom dialog, including one where Nick makes a death scream in second chapter after Ellis telling stories)
Lost & Damned features Talker Scripts, thats probably why they get interrupted by your mod. there is a Notepad in the talker script folder called Lost_res. and it mentions what lines play on specific parts of the campaign, including the safehouses.
As for Downtine Dine, i'm going to check that another time. as it currently doesn't seem to install for me atm.
