I thought of the same, but:
-instead of disarming it has a 50-70% chance to negate (block) all melee damage (ONLY while active).
-90% damage (except backstab)
not sure, but -
-Kills silently (the same way YER does)

By disarming means like when someone gets stunned or scared, maybe if we lower the disarm duration. like 4-5 secs. And about the melee thing is pretty useless since they defenathely won't melee you and they'll relay to bullet-based weps. And silent kill is pretty useless if you ask me.
And blocking melee is again useless because the knife does only 10% damage of the normal it'll take a hell lot of time to kill him. Is like, you hit and he just ignores you walking to replenish his life. The enemy would just laugh in your face xD No offence tho. It could be a good idea only if the damage was double, not almost 0.

You guys really like the disarm idea but this would make demoknights well useless against this weapon, i mean if you run into this kind of spy the demoknight would simply turn into a civil demo and with other classes as colt said they could just pull out a gun and just to be serious for a second .... how many times have you seen classes other then spy and demoknight run around with just their melee out.
Anyway here is some stats
+Every backstab kill the spy gets he earns 5% movement speed (maximum of 20%)
+While equiped you cloak 20% faster and disguise 40% faster
-Spy starts with 10% less speed
-50% ammo from ammo boxes (this is the same for spy watches.
Small note acts like eyelander if you kill another spy that has this weapon(If you kill a spy that has this weapon with like 10% speed you gain that speed + the kill you got so the -10% would change to 5%)
This weapon will alow you to be a sneaky spy with great speed.

This stats is pretty complicated, and about the disarming, we can lower to 2-3 seconds but even so it does only 10% damage of normal so anyone has chance against it, as we all know, most demoknights do equip a grenade launcher on their primary slot. I'll remake the stats.

so here is the problem with the disarm .... IT HAS NO USE I MEAN HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU KNOW RUN AROUND WITH MELEE ONLY OTHER THEN DEMO
and as a side note if people still play medevil it would be really annoying

I'd thought for a completely different stats because this is a ninja knife actually:

Pros:
+50% Faster Swing
+15% Speed When Active

Cons:
Does only 20 damage (Is not sharp like the regular knife)
Honorbound: Cannot be undrawn until it kills

Notes:
Backstab and Taunt still Insta-Kills.
I gave more speed to the spy for two reasons:
1. A ninja is a smooth and fast assasin
2. It will help to keep up with other classes and gain the power to undraw as fast as possible.

Doesn't matter, you help your teammates and get assist kills. And i changed it anyway.

Good point. A spy being more cooperative and help his team-mates get assist kills is something I'd like to see more.

I like the idea of adding Honorbound since this is also an eastern melee weapon just like the Half-Zatoichi so it makes sense. :p
But I'm not sure about the faster swing thing because this looks a lot heavier than any of the rest Spy knives.

Well you're right here i was a little skeptical about that but i decided to add it because ninjas are supposed to be fast and muscly so they're easy to maneuver. Thanks for your support :)

Oh hit : backstabbing a emeny will Heal you in 5 seconds
+Increase speed movement 9.23%
+reisted by fires
-decrease heath 25%
while taunt and killed a emeny with the taunt will increase your ammo to 25%

I don't care about the stats but anything other than a backstab should attack with the butt of the handle.
