Which drug should I add next?
I would like to hear your suggestions for adding new drugs. I will try to read all your suggestions and take them into development.

I'd love some sort of painkiller! I don't think there's a good way to do that in vanilla.

I agree with you, but there is a problem with how it should look. There are already drugs in the game that reduce pain. In my understanding, the anesthetic should reduce the pain and consciousness of the pawn. Essentially, it will be a temporary painstopper. If you have any ideas on this, please share.

Are there? I guess I don't mess with drugs in vanilla rimworld much. Anesthetic can knock a pawn out and reduce pain, but that's not a good long-term fix. I'm thinking something like an ibuprophen you can pop when the scars start causing pain. Psychite Tea and Smokeleaf reduce pain by 10 and 20% (thanks wiki), but Flake, Yayo, and Go-juice all reduce pain significantly, plus carry the risk of addiction.
I was thinking of something more similar to Medicine Expanded by Neceros. A drug that you can use casually to help reduce pain with a much lower risk of addiction compared to Yayo or Flake. More Tylenol less Cocaine.

Everything you say matters. I will take your idea into development.

A bloodclotting drug to reduce bleeding/blood loss headiff would be rad.

Thank you. At the end of the day it's a game, and your mod, so I'm excited to see whatever you come up with!

I want to change the properties of activated carbon. I plan to take away his ability to cure gut worms and add the ability to reduce toxic poisoning.

What about blood bags? Colonists can be assigned a surgery and draw some blood witch in turn can be used to reverse blood loss.

@Zinger hello. It seems that this is already in the Biotech DLC. I think I can add something like saline solution. Thank you for helping.

I've always wanted a more potent healing and immune drug. I tried to make a mod but it worked for a while then stopped, but it was just consciousness cap 10%, heal factor 2.5x, and immunity gain 2.5x for 24 hours. The user is knocked out but will be healed for the next fight.
One that slowly decreases the severity of scars without instantly healing them too. A random scar severity reduced by 0.1-0.5 action with a mtb actions of 0.7 days, but I think that would need actual coding/script.
I use these things with Hospital mod for role play, I like patients to leave well healed.
