Stats suggestion thread
Before commenting, remember the rules of good stat ideas:
- no more than 5 stats
- design the stats around the weapon's look and name
- try to imagine a playstyle where the weapon could be used
- no random chances
- no "uM acTuAlly tHiS shOuLd bE jUsT a rESkiN"

I think it could be a good melee weapon that would be a side grade to the FOS, but with more situational benefits:
-+25% damage
-Hitting an enemy will give you a 60% damage resistance against them specifically.
-User does not receive more damage from damage bonuses (nullifies mini-crits and crits) while held.
--50% swing speed
--25% holster speed

+ Deals double damage against enemy buildings.
+ Able to remove Electro Sappers (in one hit).
+ 100% critical hit vs wet players.
- 20% damage penalty vs. players.

Heavy can now help his engineers

move as fast as your enemy while attached
+25 percent faster fire rate



_ no random crits


- 50 damage penality


- can not be healed while active

guaranteed crits on wet players

how often do you see a heavy near a sentry nest, also Engineers will also suffer too

+Bleeds enemies on hit
+Taunt: Bleeding tornado - Heavy will twirl and hit nearby enemies. While twirling, it can reflect projectiles.

-Damage penalty
-Melee Weapon vulnerability

it should give him 25% Damage underwater but because their ANCHORS 15% swim speed
