it should be a official map
it should be a official map because playing the same map for Years isnt fun their needs to be a new map and this looks like a great map

if fmpone is willing to sell it to valve, it might. but for now seems like valve only wants their owned maps in the pool, there was some kind of cobble remake in works, maybe we will see it

Valve could add this like Cache (which they don't own) but maybe they want to add Train and Tuscan instead
