there are three characters which can ressurect and 2 rings to make a necromancer
characters
- nazgul talion
- witch king
- nazgul
- person with a necromancer ring on
- person with the one ring on

nazgul talion and person with one ring on ressurection guide
context menu on left hand, select individual ressurection or mass ressurection
individual ressurection - activate hand and put it against someones head to ressurect them
mass ressurection - activate the hand and every dead being in the range will get ressurected

nzaguls guide, just activate the context menu on left hand
individual ressurection - no need to activate it again, just put it against head
mass ressurection - activate the hand to ressurect any1 in range

alright ive found out that quality of life mod stops ressurection from working for some reason
