It's probably your mistake, I tried the game in the steam version of GMOD and in a clean version (pirate version) and I didn't have any of those problems that you mentioned. Try disabling all the addons, perhaps some are causing a conflict

Al mapa le cambie el nombre, seguramente es un problema tuyo del FastDL.
