It's likely I forgot to manually adjust the load-order on one of these uploads or I thought I manually set it but it didn't keep. Load order for this mod should be 421 by default. For YARW_Essentials last upload, I know I placed in the correct 421 load order before upload. So there shouldn't be any reason why that wouldn't be the case now? In general, “conflicts” as noted in-game are nothing to worry about and it saying so gives the completely wrong impression. Most the time they are intentional.
Reason why YARW_Essentials is Essential is that the .json files are integral to how weapons work, and certain mods could override this. Everything else acts as a patch like the mech loadouts. Patches make such loadouts correct to what they are supposed to be, or fix them due to the differences in YARW such as AC-RFs using their own ammo type.
Once subscribed, Steam takes care of everything for you, whereas on the Nexus I need to check if there were any updates, and then download and install them. So, in the name of all of us lazy users who choose convenience over functionality, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for accommodating us.
