As I have the GoG version of Rimworld I can't post "comments" on mods otherwise I would have left this there.
I can confirm that this breaks LWM's Deep Storage making all the size of the vanilla shelf of the same Quality.
I have made a version that works with LWM's Deep Storage applying Quality offsets to it's storage without making everything a base shelf but I know it's far from perfect. I sent it to you on Github in a PR if you want to look at what I did.
