Jevil:

Step 1: Talk to Seam about the strange prisoner, listen through the dialogue and you'll get broken key A.
Step 2: Open chests until you find broken key B. Pay close attention to find a small cyan key piece!
Step 3: Solve the Suit Puzzle to unlock broken key C. (Order is the same as the one in game, look it up.)
Step 4: Reload, collide the broken key pieces and form a door key, use the door key and reload to unlock Jevil and the devils knife,


Spamton:

Step 1: Give the loaded disc to Spamton, listen through the dialogue, transfer, continue listening and reload.
Step 2: With the loaded disc, collide it with Mettaton Neo from the Peopletale pack. (May also work with androids, I have yet to try.)
Step 3: Reload, you should now have Spamton Neo and Pipis.

Yea it works with any dead android. They must be dead, though.
