Report a translation problem
You can recruit from undercity only when you don't own other city in the same province.
for example: turn 1, ocupy niedling, then establish military undercity in wurtbad. recruit a new lord from wurtbad, he can't recruit pink horror or flamers of tzeentch though you can see them in recruitment list.
I guess this is hard to fix because of some basic mechanics, so just a report.
another bug
Schemes that sacking hellpit (altdorf as well) can't be completed by sacking them after battle, establishing parasitic trickster cult after battle can fulfill the task instead.
Good finds. I am not sure how, if at all, the recruitment bug could be fixed. I didn't notice that at all, because I established the Military Cults usually in a different province.
The sacking-part I missed and know where the scripts are that control it. Maybe I can override it. I think I may have something tomorrow for the sacking issue.
Thank you for the detailed description of what happens and how to reproduce it as well as providing workarounds for other people that might be experiencing these issues.
