Raise Undead (Tiered spell)
Raises an army of levies at T1-T3 (Starts at 250, ends at 750 example)
T4 you can raise Archers, Skirmishers, Pikemen
T5 you can raise Light horsemen and Knights
T6 you can raid Heavy horsemen

Raise Undead Hero (Issue having to model it)
Adds a -50 Opinion Modifier to targets close family (If it's someone from your line and you're not sadistic it'll give + 80 stress)
Adds 25 Dread
Raises person for 10 year Lifespan w/ - 1-20 stat Modifiers (Depends how long they've been dead for)

Heal (Tiered Spell)
Heals from Wounded-1 to Dismemberment, Cancer, Typhus

Inspire
Gives a stat modifier to the persons education modifier + learning modifier

Summon Spells, (Army spells)
Raise Elementals, Arcane Spirits, Lesser Arcane Beings

Raise Undead: I had idea for this but I i want it to be consistant with current rules so it must be rewrite spell, with highly nerfs it.
Raise Undead Hero: If i understand that you want to ressurect character, I don't think that's possible... But creating new character with undead trait like homunculus is possible
Heal: Is already in game as (Mend Wound[Or heal i don't remeber] and Cure)
Inspire: Good idea, To this i would add next tier were character get random inspiraction
Summon Spell: I don't think it would fit in with current and future spells

"Bad vibes" curse:
lvl1: -spouse opinion (for scheming, eloping, seducing)
lvl2: -liege and vassal opinion (harder realm control)
lvl3: -general opinion(full on crisis mode)
lvl4(not sure about this one): -popular opinion (a little rebellion to spice things up)

At first I wanted to suggest -opinion with a specific person, but I figured it'd require a UI rework, and selecting a second target would be inconvenient...

Purify Physique
Remove Traits like hunch backed, inbred, and sterile.

Fix Flesh
Removes traits like scarred, one legged, and one eyed.

Genetic Perfection Maximum (There is flavour text for the magical god trait about it but there isn't any option for it)

- a spell or rewriting spell that add/remove fecund trait maybe Pure-blooded, giant, strong, shrewd traits too

- the rituals telekinesis, pyrokinesis, accelerate and maybe improved prowess too on major and supreme settings, add commander traits or modifiers to the chosen character.
example pyrokinesis adds a siege commander trait or modifier (fireballs vs wooden castle!) telekinesis adds advantages when fighting in open terrain (able to see your enemies and call down the winds! or easier time force choke enemy commanders ;)
- a ritual that increases court opinion of you or other chosen character
- a ritual at increases piety or prestige but not both (healing the sick and the poor sounds pretty piety or you shooting off fireworks, conjuring rainbow colored clouds that rain down light sounds prestige too)
- a ritual that boosts reinforcements (healing) but requires your character to not be leading armies (too busy healing)
- not a spell or ritual but a legacy idea, what if you get 1 arcane per month or a arcane boost for every family member that has the mage trait?

Some ideas, but i am by no means know if any of this would work, just suggestions!
-Magical Artifacts that buff magic
-Magical duels with characters
-Magic policies for governing like outlawing mages, other policies
-Magical Factions where says mages revolt against you if they are unhappy with magic policies or magic socities/groups

in 1.3 there are magical artifacts! Magical duels are in plans. About other ideas I will think about them

Perhaps a spell that gives you a major debuff but instead gives you an amount of arcana with the amount increasing with the perks that reduce costs. Could call it "Burn Lifeforce" or something. Could also be something where you can sacrifice one of your courtiers for arcana. That might require a condition like they must be one of your friends or lovers to prevent people from just instantly killing rivals for free.

you can add artifacts that open up new skill branches, for example, add necronamicon search events that will add necromancy or a book of life that will give life magic. You can add buffs to the magic of life for the province or the spawn of a hard-to-kill army. I am writing with the help of a translator :)
