got a bug, the spell 'change topography' doesn't work. been trying to add 'great topography' modifier to my capital and other county regions and the modifier isn't showing nor its effects being added to the county.
been having my character leading my men-to-arms around, even used spells to cure and heal other character.
mods: cities of wonder 3, Newer Better Buyable Building Slot + Infinite Building Slots, More Artifact Slots - Extra Inventory and Additional Court Space, More Legacies, pets expanded, Highlander Immortals - Upgradeable Immortality, Title-Ranked Portrait Borders (Ironman), Clear Artifact Levels.
have arcane legacy 2 mod on top

I have an issue when trying to cast spells, I get this

ERROR:[GetModifier('ritual_telekinesis_minor').GetDescWithEffects]

I also don't know what happened to the mage tower, I chose the adventure but theres no tower now? Or no decision to get one. How can I get one now?

I cant seem to get the genesis rewright . it will go through the research, then when it says you get the spell nothing shows up in the spell list

Yes I did also the research option never went away allowing to research multiple times. i noticed that unlike the other option this one did not have the first pop up that lets you use gold to make the end result more likely.

Did you used inspiraction or book?
Did you tried again?
I ask because looking at the code, there is no obvious way to achieve this result
Can you enable debug mode and look if you have variable named 'done_arcane_research'?

Can I only visit the same mage tower twice? Because I cant visit my Mage Tower in my own city anymore, when chosing the Grand Activity "Mage tower searching" for 250g.

Another thing: I dont think Arcane Inspiration works. First i found a typo, it says "Gain Arcane Inspira*c*tion". then, when i do this decision, i dont gain anything proven by the fact that i cant do arcane research with it

If you're asking if I have the "Witch" personality trait, i do. I can use the decision arcane inspiration but even tho it then says that i got inspiration, i don't have it
