I think this item should have an effect.
Not like a stat or something, but like the noise makers.

What about:

On death, laughs at wearer.

Or:

On death, says a sentence like:

''You fool!''
''Hahahaha! Bye-Bye!''
''Rather unfortunate''

Or something like that.

This would match the trait of him harrassing the ''less fortunate'' then him.

Sounds like a decent idea. I'd like to see Nolan North do this since he was Merasmus and both of the Mann Brothers

It would be amazing if it just constantly laughed at you whenever you make a mistake. Miss a shot? Take a hit? Fall off a cliff? He'll always comment on it or laugh. Every time.
