For example, I know that there are a LOT of new civics, but currently I would need to go looking through every single civic to find what's been added, and that can be... very taxing on the eyes and makes it very easy to miss newly added things.
If there was a locked discussion tab dedicated to each faction though I would be able to find exactly what each faction has.
These have been reworked and reduced within the update build and spread across 4 tech tiers. however this build isn't going to release until 4.0 is out. Along with all the rewrites to district, buildings and jobs
