+15% speed
+ 25% all damage resistance
+ 100% more 2nd slot amo, (so you can carry 2 sandwhiches)

- 15% punch speed
- 20% weapon switch speed
- no random crits for any weapon the wearer uses
- 30% heal rate (takes medic longer to heal you and slower over heal)
