Number of regenerations

Hey so I think I might've commented before but I noticed that you can regenerate as many times as you like. I know a timelord can only have 12 regenerations.
Possible way of doing that you could have like an ammo count on the side and once you use your last regeneration up the swep dissappers.

12 regenerations but your first body and default body may count as the 1st already. Just Saying
