CMS performs in one action.
Surv12 does it in two steps. Or in one use of a needle and thread, which is better.
Considering the required creation tools, CMS and Surv12 should be the same.
Using Surv12 once, the CMS cannot be used to close the wound. But you can use a needle instead of 3% of Surv12.
