Mod Compatibility

Does anyone know if this mod can work with Rifleactions and Westernactions?

Am wanting to have a world where it transitions from the middle ages to the modern age whle having some WW1 type of transition period.

you might have to look at the mod game code and see that world age time reqrments are so the cutrles don't be force to wait so long fora world age reqrment to be reached form what i have seen from youtube playthrew have done. ginog to look and fix that myself and also fix the broken railgun tank atack speed myself too.
