Cursed Energy: Dropped by daytime enemies.
Reverse Cursed Energy: Dropped by nighttime enemies in evil biomes during hardmode.
Infinity: Dropped by the Moon Lord.
Cursed Emblem: Dropped by the Wall of Flesh.
Glass Canon Binding Vow: Dropped by Skeletron.
Healing Pact Binding Vow: Dropped by the Wall of Flesh.
Pure Instinct Binding Vow: Dropped by the Empress of Light.

Well regular cursed energy can only be obtained from non evil biomes,so if your in the crimson or corruption your not gonna get it

What do you mean when you said that reserve cursed energy can only be obtained in a hardmode? In the hardmode of the character, or the world itself? I just don't get it.

To answer the last 2 questions, Reverse Cursed Energy(item) can be gotten from night time enemies during hardmode in any evil biome, while the resource can be gotten in 2 ways: 1 way is to get it from a binding vow(wall of flesh drop) and the other way is from the Cursed amulet that can be crafted with hardmode materials
