auto scram cancel if you fix the problem (like the auto scram aborting scram if you restart coolant during LOCA)

nah because if that happened in real life it wouldt abort scram, it would let operators restart it

Make it so scrams can happen again, and dont just leave the monitor on forever. They use fuses, which allows for a safety system to activate exactly once.
