✮ HOW TO BACKUP MY CONFIG ✮
To perform a backup you need to copy your config files to a safe place.
  1. Go to your Steam installation folder.
      The defaut path is: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam"
  2. Open "userdata".

  3. Then open the folder with your SteamID3. (Examble: "32524734")
      (There might be a few other folders named with Steam ID there if you are using multiple Steam accounts. If you use one account only, there will be only one folder. You can find the ID for your main account HERE[steamid.io]. The name of the folder you are searching is "steamID3".)
  4. Open the "730" folder.

  5. Open the "local" folder.

  6. Open the "cfg" folder.

  7. Now backup the files "cs2_machine_convars.vcfg". "cs2_user_convars_0_slot0.vcfg" files to a safe place.

  8. Done.


If you want to ZIP the files then follow the following steps with the files you backed up:

  1. Make sure that you have 7-Zip installed on your PC.
      If you need to install it then dowload 7-Zip from here:
      DOWNLOAD [www.7-zip.org]

  2. Insert all the files into a folder.

  3. Right click on the folder.

  4. If you are on Windows 11 then click on "Show more options".

  5. Then click on "7-Zip".

  6. After that just click on "Add to yourFolderName.cfg".

  7. Done. Now you can save the files in a safe place or upload it to the web.

Question: Can you save multiple configurations like it was in cs:go?
