Since the options for the mods can be confusing a lot of people can't figure out how to set FAO for compatibility with FAE. Hopefully this will fix that!

In sandbox options go to the First Aid Overhaul tab and find the options:

- Max Disease per Wound
- Infection Disease Limit

Set these to 0.

There might be duplicate entries for this options, so make sure you set all of them to 0!

That disables the FAO infection disease feature and leaves only FAE's system in place.
