Chapter 6 Access Denied Doors
I am in the station and trying to complete the chapter 6 quests but many of the doors are still access denied. For example I entered the code to go down into the sublevels and the door that accesses the elevator down below is locked and then again another door going into the mainframe room is locked.

These either need to be fixed or the solution made more clear because roaming around for hours looking for some hidden reason why ♥♥♥♥ doesn't work is not fun.

Are you playing on a server? One in which another player has recently been through the POI?

This is the communication relay/mainframe as part of the main story? I noticed on a few of the switches, that were part of a dialog, they would be locked out until the story/tutorial caught up - the first one that disables the shield comes to mind. The only door I had issue with was the incinerator/check point leading to the mainframe. The outer door was open (access denied) and after going through the ducts to flip the switch closing the shutters, it also closed the outer door making it impossible to enter with the incinerator disabled.
I was able to cheese my way through by turning the incinerator back on (and opening the outer door) and speeding through the bluff dialog while chugging water was able to get in. Unfortunately that did leave me trapped when I was finished, so I off-loaded to my ship and took a death teleport out.
That one door is either on the wrong switch, or has its follow tag inverted.
