No carbon in planet spawn?
Hi, this might be a dumb thing, but I haven't found an answer anywhere I've looked.

Just started a new game, but the planet has no carbon rocks - and the portable constructor requires carbon to build. I've seen a help thread elsewhere saying that carbon is meant to be craftable in this mod, or that the constructor can be made with iron, but neither of these things seem to be true.

Hi, this is for support on Reforged Eden 2.
The portable constructor requires Iron, not Carbon, in Reforged Eden 2.

EDIT: I have since been informed that it was installed in the wrong folder. Thanks anyway.

Thanks, I saw that elsewhere, but that doesn't seem to be the case in our game. Recipe still requires carbon as it does in the base game. Have we ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the install somehow?

You can tell it's running RE2 as the starting planet selection screen is completely different, the loading screen shows RE2, and the top left of the player inventory will also show the RE2 build number.

If you play a Vanilla game or Scenario make sure you completely exit the game before starting or continuing a different Scenario and vice versa. Don't just log out to the main menu. Completely exit the game when switching between versions. Stuff can get messed up if you don't.
