shields not recharging or there is a cap?
my little cv has a compact shield genny with two shield banks.. but it only shows charged to 29.7% ive turned off power, turned off shields.. ive yet to take a hit though.. is there a cap im missing or .. ive two of the 2nd cv gennys running the ship ive the power or so i though nothing ever goes into the red... is there a cap on the compact shield genny or something?

sorry in the past the PDA annoyed me in the "work in progress" so i ended up ignoring it was counting on tool tips, but if yall are revamping and updating it finally ill give it a go lol thanks Ravien

It was completely revamped a few updates ago.

You need shield charger. You've got too much capacitor.
