I'm sure I'm going to feel like an ♥♥♥♥♥ when someone answers, but oh well...

I decided to do the mission where you survey the planets in all four starter systems. I have done so and have all four tokens in my personal inventory, but I can't figure out how to turn them in? I'm pretty sure the text you get when accepting one of the survey missions says to speak to a captain when you have completed all four surveys, but I went to two of them (the one in Epsilon and the one in Alpha), and I'm not getting any interaction with the captain other than the standard greeting where you can ask her for a mission. And I asked for a mission and there's nothing there. I looked in the PDA under UCH missions for a clue, and I'm not seeing anything. There's just the four completed system survey missions and the galaxy survey one. So....I'm stuck, which is kind of a bummer because I was curious as to what the reward is for doing this. Any help would be appreciated, even if it makes me feel like an ♥♥♥♥♥. :)
