is the faction core no longer accessible ?

Heidelberg is and always has been a story-line POI. All Story-line POIs (double white Chevron) are Admin cored and cannot be cored or salvaged.

you use to be able to get to the core, same with the titan pieces. I made my base out of the Heidelberg.

But you can't do that any more, which I think is good, this way, it does't break the mission for other people on the server.

Also prevents it from breaking in SP. If you replaced the core before doing the mission it would break it.
