starting missions help
ive started on a planet without the starting missions planning to warp to one of the ones with the starting missions, im at a starting missions planet now and i dont have the prologue mission to start, do i have to find a certain POI or are the starting missions completely locked out if i start on a planet without them?

As has been discussed over and over many times... If you do not start on one of the Story planets (as shown on the selection screen) you CANNOT start the Reforged Eden missions., You will only be able to do the Project Eden missions. As you comment in your own post - you are now locked out of the missions unless you do a complete restart from scratch!

Also note: you're only not able to do the Akua intro mission. You're not locked out of the overall Reforged Galaxy missions, just the planet specific intro, which makes sense.

If you want to do a specific starter's mission you need to start on that starter planet.

what about any sorta console commands to force load me into the roggery missions or anything like that

No. If you want to play through a specific starting planet's starting missions you need to start on that planet.
There are console commands that let you force start a mission, however doing so can corrupt your save, mess up all your missions, or just not work right so I can't recommend doing that.

The starting planet missions are such a small part of the scenario it's not like you're going to be missing anything major.
