...or is it now rarer to find palladium ingots in alien loot containers in abandoned POIs?

I haven't opened the game since the update yesterday, but in the save I've been playing since April, it seems like I find a lot fewer palladium ingots than I did before. I usually find enough to build a higher-end CV pretty quickly, but now...Not so much. I'm wondering if maybe the loot tables were changed a bit in the April update or if I'm just having a long run of bad luck and need to make some sacrifices to RNGesus. :)
