issue, not sure if bug related
doing a restart, doing the sweep and clear, have to eliminate 4 enemy. Managed to kill 2, though seems 2 dinoraurs spawned in as well. and cannot progress past this point, not sure if its mod related or not, didnt have issues on vanilla game.

Dinosaurs are not part of the spawns. They would be natural spawns from the biome the tower is in.
In the event that you misplace the other zirax or someone else kills them, you can open the PDA, select the mission and objective and click the little box next to the task to manually complete it.
