Disappearing Ammo
Sometimes ammo disappear from my inv. I havent seen it happen "live" i have only discovered a bit later: Also it seems like i have picked up a verry large amount of some other ammo. im not 100% that its the same amount as lost.
It happened a couble of times and i just blamed it on have done something stupid (a verry plausible asumption ) so i removed the hotkey for drop=Z
It still happens :-(
It seems to happen when i empty inventory of loot so i was thinking perhaps the sorting mechanism has a bug. my inventory is sorted on type.

I made some tests but have not been able to deliberately replicate the error.

Hi you'd want to report this on the RE2 GitHub, but it's going to be a game bug I can tell you already.

And by game bug you mean vanilla right. ?
Anyway i got closer.
Ive lost sniper, mining and multi charges. Instead i get 8K 5.xx assult ammo.
Its not happening every time but i happens when i press R for reload and emediately after press shift+ F to loot a corpse.
I will give it a shot on vanilla and see if it happens there before i do anything further

Well not necessarily. There are some game bugs that trigger because you're playing a custom scenario, and there are some game bugs that won't happen in vanilla because vanilla doesn't use all the game's mechanics, and some game bugs that you wouldn't notice in vanilla because you just don't interact with the game in the same way so you don't notice when they happen in vanilla compared to something like RE2.

Ammounts of rifle ammo gained differ but same mechanics in Vanilla as well. Sniper ammo gone and i have more rifke ammo.
