Taking damage through shields
Hello, sorry if this question has been asked before. But I notice when I attack POI's with my SV that the hull takes damage and gets destroyed even though I have shields up and active.
Same with CV it takes minor hull damage, is this a bug or?

It's a RE2 feature, all shields leak damage!

Depends on what you're being hit with.
Penetration damage is low compared to unshielded damage. A single layer of hardened steel on your shielded SV will take 13 missiles before breaking, and it'll be just that block that's being hit.
